This Privacy Policy explains how BillMaker Pro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our Android application. BillMaker Pro is a billing and invoice management app designed for shop owners, retailers, wholesalers, service providers, freelancers and small businesses.

By using BillMaker Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

To provide its core billing features, BillMaker Pro allows you to create and store the following information directly on your device:

• Customer details such as names, phone numbers and addresses
• Product details, including names, prices and other product information
• Invoices, bills, totals, taxes and related billing history
• Any business details you choose to add (e.g. your business name, address or logo, if supported)

This information is stored locally on your device so the app can work offline and keep your records private. We do not sell this information, and we do not access your customer, product or invoice data on our own servers because it is not transmitted to us.

3. Information Collected Automatically

BillMaker Pro uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how the app is used and to monitor app performance. This may include:

• Device information (such as device model, operating system version and language settings)
• App usage data (such as screens viewed, features used, session length and crash/error reports)
• General, approximate location derived from your device's network or IP address (not precise GPS location)
• Identifiers such as advertising ID or app instance ID, used for analytics purposes

This information is collected in an aggregated and/or pseudonymous form and is used to improve app stability, performance and the overall user experience. It is not linked to the customer, product or invoice data you store inside the app.

4. PDF Sharing & Third-Party Apps

When you generate a PDF invoice and choose to share it via WhatsApp, email or another app, that file is handed over to the app you select using your device's standard share function. BillMaker Pro does not control, and is not responsible for, how those third-party apps handle the shared file.

5. Permissions Used by the App

Depending on your device and Android version, BillMaker Pro may request the following permissions:

• Storage: to save and access generated PDF invoices on your device
• Internet access: used for analytics reporting and, if applicable, checking for app updates

We only request permissions that are necessary for the app's core functionality.

6. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the core billing and invoicing features of the app
• Understand how the app is used so we can fix bugs and improve performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and crashes
• Communicate with you if you contact us for support

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Automatically collected, aggregated analytics data may be processed by Google (Firebase Analytics) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share the customer, product or invoice records you create in the app with any third party, because this data remains on your device.

8. Data Storage & Security

Your business data (customers, products and invoices) is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the app, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Your business data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed, or until you delete it from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device, subject to your device's backup settings. 10. Children's Privacy

BillMaker Pro is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Your Choices

You can control analytics-related identifiers (such as your advertising ID) through your device settings. You can also reset or delete the app's locally stored data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling BillMaker Pro from your device.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
