This Privacy Policy explains how BillMaker Pro ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our Android application. BillMaker Pro is a billing and invoice management app designed for shop owners, retailers, wholesalers, service providers, freelancers and small businesses.
By using BillMaker Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide its core billing features, BillMaker Pro allows you to create and store the following information directly on your device:

When you generate a PDF invoice and choose to share it via WhatsApp, email or another app, that file is handed over to the app you select using your device's standard share function. BillMaker Pro does not control, and is not responsible for, how those third-party apps handle the shared file.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Automatically collected, aggregated analytics data may be processed by Google (Firebase Analytics) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share the customer, product or invoice records you create in the app with any third party, because this data remains on your device.
Your business data (customers, products and invoices) is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the app, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Your business data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed, or until you delete it from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data from your device, subject to your device's backup settings. BillMaker Pro is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can control analytics-related identifiers (such as your advertising ID) through your device settings. You can also reset or delete the app's locally stored data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling BillMaker Pro from your device.
